PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a noise cancel headphone capable of enjoying high-quality music, in particular, without changing the sound quality or volume of the music between cases where a noise cancel function is operated and stopped, the noise cancel headphone being configured to output a signal for canceling surrounding noise together with music, thereby enjoying the music without being disturbed by the surrounding noise. SOLUTION: The noise cancel headphone includes a cancel signal generating means which inputs surrounding noise via an electro-acoustic transducer and generates out a cancel signal for canceling noise, and a speaker unit which outputs audio signals of music or the like and the cancel signal. The cancel signal generating means is connected to a first terminal of two terminals that the speaker unit includes, and a sound source of the audio signals is connected to a second terminal.
