PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve such group communication that communication can be continued even after getting away from each other and users located at the same place but not at the same time can communicate with each other. SOLUTION: By selecting a group based on location information of communication terminals, participation deadline information indicating validity for participation in a group and participation enabled area, group communication can be performed even if users are not located closer completely at the same time and the group communication can be continued even after getting away from the place. Furthermore, users who are located at the same place but not at the same time (in different time zones of location) can communicate with each other. If the validity for new participation is set as 30 minutes after a certain user leaves the place at three o'clock, for example, another user, located at the same place after nine o'clock, with no contact at all can also be prevented from being participated in the same group.
