PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal which prevents an internal circuit from being adversely affected by transferring static electricity to a ground different from that of an internal circuit board. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal includes: a casing, on the internal surface of which a conductive layer is formed; a circuit board on which a functional circuit is mounted; a first charging terminal provided to be exposed from the casing, and connected to ground wiring of the functional circuit; a second charging terminal provided to be exposed from the casing and connected to a power supply line of the functional circuit; and a circuit connection means provided between the ground wiring and the first charging terminal in circuit, and for connecting the conductive layer to the first charging terminal.
