PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exert sound insulation effect and sound absorption effect by one sound insulation cover, and mount the sound insulation cover on an arrangement portion of a vehicle interior without requiring a mounting member for mounting.SOLUTION: An under cover 40 includes a cover body 41 which is formed of a cover material 30 exerting sound insulation effect and sound absorption effect so that the sound insulation effect and sound absorption effect are exerted by the one under cover 40. The cover body 41 includes a female hole part 58 integrally formed with the cover body 41, and thus by engaging the female hole part 58 of the under cover 40 and a male protrusion part 28 of a rear side mounting part 25, the under cover 40 can be mounted on the rear side mounting part 25. As the female hole part 58 is formed so as to have an opening shape partitioned by a closed opening peripheral edge 59 of which an entire circumference is continued, the closed opening peripheral edge 59 can securely receive fit of the male protrusion part 28. |
