PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preferable discrete surround audio system for home and automotive listening.SOLUTION: A sound processing system includes: a first matrix 130, 150 that operates to produce at least one first output signal in response to at least one first input signal; a second matrix 140, 160 that operates to produce at least one second output signal in response to at least one second input signal; and at least one adder 170 which is connected to the first matrix and the second matrix and operates to produce a speaker signal in response to the first and second output signals.
