According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus capable of being reciprocally switched to a desk and a chair comprises a backrest, a first and a second armrest plate, a desk plate, a seat, and a leg. The desk plate can be rotated in a vertical and a horizontal direction based on a support shaft fixated to one side surface of the leg.
