A signal spectrum display method comprises: obtaining at least one set of signal data (11); plotting the signal data according to a coordinate system to display the same (12), wherein the coordinate system comprises a first axis and a second axis, at least one of the first axis and the second axis is provided with a zoomed-in region and/or a zoomed-out region, scale intervals in the zoomed-in region are larger than that of other regions, and scale intervals in the zoomed-out region are smaller than that of other regions. Also disclosed is a signal spectrum display device.
