A control method comprises: determining, by a sub-terminal device, whether a main terminal device is wirelessly connected thereto; and when the sub-terminal device is unable to be wirelessly connected to the main terminal device, activating, by the sub-terminal device, a secondary subscriber identity module (SIM) card to perform a network access registration, wherein the secondary SIM card on the sub-terminal device is mutually associated with at least one SIM card on the main terminal device. The above method activates the secondary SIM card in the sub-terminal device, allowing the sub-terminal device to possess operation capabilities, independent of the main terminal device, including a basic mobile calling, information pushing. |
