PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphic display device and a program, allowing enhancing learning effects on area calculations.SOLUTION: A scientific electronic calculator 1 includes CPU 11 for displaying assigned graphics 300 for learning area calculations and for drawing and displaying extension lines 310 for area calculations in response to a user's operations. When any of a plurality of graphics extractable from combined graphics 320 obtained by combining the assigned graphics 300 and the extension lines 310 is specified as a specification graphic in response to the user's operations and when any of arithmetical operation symbols is specified as a specification arithmetical operation symbol, the CPU 11 displays the specification graphic along with the specification arithmetical operation symbol as an area calculation formula and identifies and displays a graphic to be calculated by the area calculation formula within the combined graphic 320. |
