PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of reduction in strength of a resin-molded portion that transfers rotational power from an intermediate gear which rotates driven by motor M to a driving shaft or a cam plate of an RGR valve, namely an output gear body, due to a weld line that occurs around or near metal nuts of an insert member of a conventional insert resin gear wheel.SOLUTION: In an output gear 1, a position of a weld line produced as a result of merging of a molten resin flow skirting around one side of first through third metallic nuts 6 of an insert member and a molten resin flow skirting around the other side of the first through third metallic nuts 6 is cut off with a cut-off portion 94 of an injection molding mold so as to prevent generation of a weld line, contributing to strength losses, at the molten resin merging site. It thus becomes possible to eliminate a strength deficiency of the resin-molded portion 2 of the output gear 1 and also prevent cracks in the resin-molded portion 2. |
