PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump flow rate control device that can accurately maintain an operable minimum water amount of a pump device at low cost even when a water supply amount is small, and to provide a pump system and a method for operating a pump system.SOLUTION: The pump flow rate control device includes: a bypass flow passage 2 capable of returning at least a part of fluid discharged from the pump device 1 for supplying fluid from a suction side to a discharge side, to the suction side; a flow rate regulating valve 3 for regulating a returning rate of the fluid returned by the bypass flow passage 2; and an opening degree adjustment mechanism 4 for adjusting an opening degree of the flow rate regulating valve 3 using a pressure difference ΔP between the suction side and the discharge side of the pump device 1 as an index.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
