PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for holding medical devices in the self holder and not to be deformed even when sterilization is performed in a state where the holder is supported on a sterilization rack placement base, and also to provide a sterilization method using the holder.SOLUTION: A holder 1 includes a main body part 2 having first side parts 2A, 2B, second side parts 2C, 2D, and corner parts 2F connecting the first side parts 2A, 2B to the second side parts 2C, 2D; and multiple cylindrical parts 3, so as to hold medical devices in the cylindrical parts 3. The main body part 2 includes: first outer peripheral ribs 4 formed by projection from the upper surface of the main body part 2 respectively in the two second side parts 2C, 2D; and first reinforcement ribs 5 formed by projection from the upper surface of the main body part 2 so as to cross with the first outer peripheral ribs 4. The first outer peripheral ribs 4 are formed between the side ends 2c, 2d of the second side parts 2C, 2D forming a part of the outer edge of the main body part 2 and the cylindrical parts 3 formed closest to the side ends 2c, 2d, along the side ends 2c, 2d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
