PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag device provided with a wrapping member in an excess part of one cloth body from which an airbag base cloth is cut out, so as to be integrated with the airbag base cloth.SOLUTION: An airbag device is equipped with an airbag 15; an inflator; a case for storing the airbag 15 and the inflator; and a retainer attached to the case. The airbag 15 is composed of an occupant side wall portion 23 which is on an occupant side when expansion is completed, a tapering-off peripheral wall portion 17 extended forward fron a peripheral edge of the occupant side wall portion 23 and converged toward a front end side, and a wrapping member. The wrapping member is adjacent to an outer periphery of the occupant side wall portion 23 or the peripheral wall portion 17, and continuously formed from the same cloth body as the occupant side wall portion 23 or the peripheral wall portion 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
