PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch a boosting operation and a charging operation, to substantially reduce the number of reactors and to reduce cost in a vehicle multi-phase boosting converter.SOLUTION: The vehicle multi-phase boosting converter includes reactors L1, L2 and L3. A boosting mode and a charging mode are switched by switching relays Re1 to Re7. The reactors L1 and L2 are formed in a core structure and are magnetically coupled. The reactor L3 is formed in a remaining magnetic path of the same core structure, and an increase of capacity is suppressed.
