PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding resin composition for toner which allows toner obtained to have low temperature fixability as well as heat-resistant storage property and hot offset resistance, to provide a method for producing the binding resin composition, and to provide toner for electrostatic charge image development containing the binding resin composition.SOLUTION: The binding resin composition for toner contains: one or more kinds of composite resins having a polyester resin portion and a vinyl resin portion; and crystalline polyester. The polyester resin portion of at least one kind of the composite resins is obtained by polycondensation of an alcohol component containing ethylene glycol and aromatic diol with a carboxylic acid component. There are also provided the method for producing the binding resin composition for toner and the toner for electrostatic charge image development containing the binding resin composition. |
