PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve protection for a portable apparatus from a transient voltage, without impeding miniaturization of the portable apparatus.SOLUTION: A protection part 21 is placed between the input side terminal T3 of an IC1, and a ground terminal T2, and is molded of an insulation material with varistor function. A capacitor part 22 is placed between the ground terminal T2 of the protection part 21, and the ground terminal T1 of the IC1, and functions as the capacitor for dam. The energy generated from the discharge side and absorbed by the protection part 21 flows into the capacitor part 22. The absorption energy is stored temporarily in the capacitor part 22, and then discharged gradually.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
