PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce energy consumed by fluid transfer by using a compressible fluid such as liquid or liquid containing solid, and performing fluid transfer in a high pressure part and fluid transfer in a low pressure part alternately through a reciprocating pump, valve operation of pipelines connected to the pump, and the like. SOLUTION: A linear motor 15 is linked with an intermediate part of a piston shaft 16 integral with a piston fittingly mounted in a cylindrical container 2 serving as a cylinder, and a fluid is force-fed to and recovered from a high pressure part 10 by the reciprocating operation of the piston 3 through high pressure fluid pipelines 17, 18 respectively with solenoid valves 6, 9 interposed, that is, the solenoid valves 6, 9 on the high pressure side are opened, while solenoid valves 7, 8 on the low pressure side are closed to maintain the interior of the cylindrical container 2 in a high pressure state and to make the piston 3 movable to supply and discharge a high pressure fluid to and from the high pressure part 10. The respective valves are reversely opened/closed, and the piston 3 is operated in a reverse direction to supply and discharge a fluid in a low pressure part.
