PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform execution work so that adjacent outer wall panels can be frued up by adjusting a height of the outer wall panels by pushing up the lower ends of the outer wall panels in an installing structure of fixing the outer wall panels to a beam. SOLUTION: Outer wall joint adjusting hardware A is installed on the outdoor side of a vertical piece 2a of sill hardware 2. The outer wall joint adjusting hardware A is composed of a pedestal 5, a bolt 7 and a lock nut 18. A hexagonal nut 6 is integrally arranged on an upper face plate 5a of the pedestal 5. The bolt 7 is screwed in the nut 6 of the pedestal 5, and the hexagonal lock nut 18 is screwed on the bolt 7. A head part of the bolt 7 is operated in a state of loosening the lock nut 18, the lower end of an outer wall panel 3 is pushed up by the bolt 7 to adjust a height of the outer wall panel 3, and after adjusting the height, the lock nut 8 is fixedly fastened to. Thus, joints of adjacent outer wall panels can be adjusted so as to be trued up, and execution work can be performed with an excellent external appearance.
