PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a module capable of effectively utilizing working by a shape memory alloy, being easily assembled and manufactured and capable of being preferably utilized for a building article or the like. SOLUTION: The module has a slide bar 75 movably guiding a mounting plate 72 in the longitudinal direction in parallel with the surface of the mounting plate and being supported, a spring 76 being installed between the slide bat 75 and the mounting plate 72 and urging the slide bar at all times in one direction of the longitudinal direction, and a spring member 77, which is mounted between the slide bar 75 and the mounting plate, by which the slide bar is plastically deformed movably in one direction in the longitudinal direction by urging force by the spring when the outside air temperature is lower than a fixed temperature and the slid bar 75 is elastically deformed movably in the other direction of the longitudinal direction against urging force by the spring 76 when the outside air temperature is higher than the fixed temperature and which is formed of the shape memory alloy.
