PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remaining life diagnostic apparatus for piping capable of accurately diagnosing the remaining life of piping for guiding a high temperature fluid, on the basis of estimate data presuming an actual machine. SOLUTION: The remaining life diagnostic apparatus is equipped with a damage parameter evaluation means 2 for evaluating the form of the damage of the piping, a damage parameter memory means 3 for storing a damage parameter, a damage evaluation standard memory means 4 for storing the damage evaluation standard of the piping, a use condition estimation means 5 for estimating a use condition bringing about damage according to the damage evaluation standard, a limit value setting means 6 for setting a limit value allowing the piping to reach damage under the estimated use condition, a use period estimation means 7 for estimating the use period of the piping according the damage evaluation standard and a judge means 8 for estimating the remaining life of the piping, based on a difference between the use period and the limit value.
