PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat lock unlocking device whose seat lock unlocking operability is enhanced in simple constitution. SOLUTION: This seat lock unlocking device 84 can unlock a seat lock by operating a key 129 with a cable member 85 extended from a seat lock for locking the seat of a motorcycle and the tip of the cable member 85 connected to a displacement member 125 which is displaced by key operation. The seat lock unlocking device 84 is constituted such that the displacement member 125 is incorporated in an ignition key cylinder 41, which is provided with a seat lock unlocking position between an ON position and an OFF position. When the key 129 is aligned with the seat lock position and is pressed into the seat lock unlocking position, the displacement member 125 is displaced in the direction to unlock the seat lock, resulting in pulling the cable member 85.
