PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording material which has a color flopping property and is excellent in ink absorbency and color developing property.SOLUTION: In the inkjet recording material which is formed by providing an ink receiving layer on a support, the ink receiving layer essentially contains inorganic fine particles having average secondary particle size of ≤500 nm and further a layer containing cholesteric liquid crystal pigment is provided between the support and the ink receiving layer.
