Lifting system used for unbiased evaluation of physical capability of person examined before being employed or applying for incapacitated pension

An element (1) has to be lifted by the applicant and the maximally achieved height, the direction of the movements, and the speed are observed and evaluated by a set of appropriate devices. A speed transmitter (2) watching the motion regarding three different directions is integrated in the object (1) as well as a compass (3) working in combination with an induction coil (5) in order to follow the specific mode of motion.
