PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover cloth fully covering the neck and shoulders of a sleeper to keep warm. SOLUTION: The cover cloth 100 has a recess 10 on the upper side of a cover cloth body 1 having a substantially rectangular shape so as to correspond to the neck of the sleeper. In the cover cloth 100, a warmth-keeping member 2 making contact with the neck of the sleeper and keeping the sleeper warm is provided along the edge 10a of the recess 10. The recess 10 is provided at the lower side of a narrow notch 10b of the cover cloth body 1 to prevent the recess 10 from being linearly opened. As the warmth-keeping member 2 provided along the edge 10a of the recess 10, a relatively thick material such as fur, towel fabric, or fleece is used, and the thick material is sewn with a thread 4 or detachably attached through an attaching/detaching member such as a hook and loop fastener 30 or a hook 31.
