PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bone extending device, smoothly extending a bone, finely controlling the dimensional extension, exerting no bad influence upon nerves and muscles, and light-weighted to apply little load in wearing. SOLUTION: This automatic bone extending device includes: an outer-wound fixing device composed of two sleeves A, B fitted to two cross-cut bones and an extension unit spirally moved to adjust the interval between the sleeves A, B; and an automatic rotary feeder rotated under the programmed condition that the extension unit is extended under the controlled conditions of specified amount of extension and specified number of times of extension.
