PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop and manufacture a sanitary skin rubbing implement with which a user never gets tired of rubbing in contact with the skin. SOLUTION: The skin rubbing implement for stimulating nerves and blood vessels from the surface of the skin is provided with a rod-state main body (1) of a thickness which can be gripped with the palm using material such as wood, synthetic resin, hard rubber, ceramic. At the tip of the main body (1), a protrusion line (2) parallel to a horizontal direction is provided and the protrusion part (2a) of the protrusion line (2) is formed to be non acute, namely to have a non-acute tip.
