PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible blood processing filter preventing a container on an outlet side from closely attaching to a filter element, eliminating the impediment of the blood flow, and having an excellent pressure resistance and peeling resistance. SOLUTION: This blood processing filter comprises the flexible container having an inlet and an outlet of the blood and the sheet filter element for removing microaggregates, leucocyte and/or thrombocyte from the blood; and the space in the container is partitioned into an inlet side space and an outlet side space by the filter element. This filter is so constituted that a post filter retaining the space with a maximum inscribed circle diameter of 0.5-10 mm, a space area ratio of 5-60%, and a depth of 0.2-3.0 mm is disposed between the filter element and the container in the outlet side.
