摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new polymer satisfying points that a firm restricting force acts among polymer molecules by a covalent bond at a normal temperature, on heating, the polymer chains are released from the restricting force and freely perform molecular motion, and the restricting force by the covalent bond recovers on cooling again, and a monomer used for obtaining such the polymer. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic cross-linked polymer is characterized by being cross-linked with a bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-ene structure and dissociating the cross-links by heating; and a thermally dissociative cross-linking monomer is characterized by having a bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-ene structure and≥2 radical-polymerizable unsaturated groups in its molecule, and in the case of performing a retro-Diels-Alder reaction of the bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-ene structure, dissociating all of the radical-polymerizable unsaturated groups.
