PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet conveyance device and an image forming device capable of preventing reverse transfer on a roller of developer due to rise of surface temperature of the roller in conveying a sheet on which image is formed by developer by inserting it between two rollers rotating in pressure-contact with each other. SOLUTION: This sheet conveyance device 1 is provided with the surface side roller 11 coming into contact with a surface on which image is formed by developer of sheet and rear surface side rollers 12, 12,... coming into contact with a rear surface of sheet. The surface side roller 11 has a cylindrical shape and is provided with a plurality of through holes passing through an outer face and an inner face of a cylinder. The plurality of through holes stir air in the surroundings in accordance with rotation of the surface side roller 11 to generate an air stream. Since the air stream improves heat radiation effect of the surface side roller 11 and sheet, rise of surface temperature of the surface side roller 11 is suppressed, and reverse transfer of developer on the surface side roller 11 due to surface temperature of the surface side roller 11 exceeding softening temperature of developer is suppressed.
