PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems caused by transferring a liquid from a first container to a storing tank in a filling apparatus, such as a burden of an operator, mixing of air into the liquid, bubbling of the liquid, and rubbing of the liquid. SOLUTION: The filling apparatus 100 is constituted so that the liquid in the first container is filled into a second container. The filling apparatus 100 is equipped with a filling head 30 constituted so as to bring an opening part of the second container 20 into contact with it, a dispense head 40 connected to an opening part of the first container 10, pipes 51, 52 and 53 making a liquid discharging opening 41 provided on the dispense head 40 communicate with a liquid flow passage 32p, and a gas feeding part 57 for feeding a gas into the first container 10 through a gas inlet 42 provided on the dispense head 40.
