PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic box capable of closing a square opening part with a pair of inner flaps and an outer flap under a sure and stable locked condition and releasing smoothly the locked condition. SOLUTION: In the plastic box, the opening part 17 is closed by folding inside the inner flaps 13 continuously provided on one of facing two sides 18 of the opening part 17, folding and piling up the outer flap 15 continuously provided on one side of the other facing two sides 19, and inserting an inserting flap piece 14 to the inside of the opening part 17. A locking mechanism by locking the base end parts 13a of the inner flaps 13 is provided in notches 21 formed on both end parts of a folding line 20 of the inserting flap piece 14. On both end parts of the inserting flap piece 14, wing-like parts 16 cut off from the outer flap 15 at the folding line 20 are folded outside, and is provided under an inclined condition at an angle of 20-40°to the inserting flap piece 14.
