PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case capable of keeping the opening of a case barrel closed even in a case wherein a force is accidentally exerted from inside the barrel. SOLUTION: The case comprises the barrel 1 of a flat tube shape, which is formed of a pair of sheet walls 10a and 10b, and a covering 3 used to cover the opening of the barrel 1. The covering 3 includes a first flap 30 extending from the end edge of the one sheet wall 10 and a second flap 31 extending from the end edge of the other sheet wall 10b. The first flap 30 has a closing flap portion 32 folded in the direction of the other sheet wall 10b so as to cover the opening of the barrel 1. The second flap 31 has a folded-up portion 35 extending from the other sheet wall 10b, and a regulating flap portion 36 extending from the leading end of the folded-up flap portion 35. The folded-up flap portion 35 is folded up along the sheet wall 10b such that the regulating flap portion 36 is superposed on the first flap 30 closing the opening of the barrel 1.
