发明名称 STRUCTURE OF ROLLING STOCK CONTROLLING FLAP
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a derailment accident in self-completion by the structure of a rolling stock without depending on a train driver's skill. SOLUTION: A flap for generating aerodynamic drag is fitted to the right and left sides of the upper part of the rolling stock, whereby when an angle made between an axle and the rolling stock amounts to a fixed value or more during traveling, one side flap is automatically raised to prevent running off of the wheel by air resistance. In the condition where the invention is operated, the rolling stock on the floating side is pressed to the rail by aerodynamic force, so that the rolling stock can be stabilized regardless of the train driver's skill. Even at the time of rectilinear propagation, both flaps are raised when the rolling stock exceeds the speed limit, thereby decreasing the speed of the rolling stock to prevent an accident.
