PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control circuit capable of rapidly and highly accurately detecting abnormal motor control for an apparatus to be driven to safely stop a motor.
SOLUTION: A counter 121 counts the number of pulses outputted from a linear encoder 32 only during an activation state, and holds a count value without counting the number of pulses outputted from the linear encoder 32 during a non-activation state. When a reset signal is inputted, the counter is reset and the count value is initialized. A target rotating speed upper limit register 122 is an exclusive register for storing a "rotating speed upper limit value" of a CR motor 63. A comparator 123 compares the "rotating speed upper limit value" stored in the target rotating speed upper limit register 122 with a count value outputted from the counter 121, and outputs a "stopping signal" to a CR motor driver 107 while the count value outputted from the counter 121 is not smaller than the "rotating speed upper limit value".
COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
