<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication support device preventing progress of conversion with disagreement of understanding between speakers. <P>SOLUTION: This communication support device is provided with an important expression rule storage part 111 storing an extraction condition, by which an important expression is extracted from a first speech, and an association method, by which the important expression extracted from the first speech is associated with a second speech given in compliance with the first speech, in association with each other, an input receipt part 101 receiving input of the first speech and the second speech, an important expression extraction part 102 extracting the important expression from the received first speech based on the stored extraction condition, an important expression addition part 103 outputting the extracted important expression in association with the second speech based on the association method associated with the extraction condition used in extraction, a translation part 104 translating the second speech, with which the important expression is associated, in a second language, and an output control part 106 outputting the second speech with which the important expression is associated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
