PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary type washing/spin-drying/drying machine and a centrifugal spin-drying method by a rotating drum capable of preventing sticking of a washed object to the internal circumferential face of the rotating drum in a spin-drying process. SOLUTION: A control device of this rotary type washing/spin-drying/drying machine is provided with an eccentric disposition means rotating the rotating drum 10 to dispose a gravity center deviation part 81 of the washed object in the lower part of the rotating drum 10, and an eccentric movement means rotating the rotating drum 10 to move the deviation part 80 disposed in the lower part to the upper part; after a preliminary spin drying, executes an exfoliation process where the eccentric disposition means and the eccentric movement means control the rotation of the rotating drum 10 to move the deviation part 80 of the laundry to the upper part of the rotating drum 10 and exfoliate the laundry from the rotating drum 10 by its dead weight; and in the exfoliation process, sends hot air heated by a heating means inside the rotating drum.
