PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To invalidate an illegal action to a game machine using a shooting rhythm generating device. SOLUTION: A winning lottery means doing winning determination based on the result of lottery has a random number generating unit generating the random numbers for the lottery, a random number extracting unit extracting the random numbers generated by the random number generating unit based on the signals of a switch, a winning determining table preliminarily storing the correspondence relation between the random number value relating to the lottery and the winning, a determining section determining at least one of the presence or absence and the kind of the winning of the random number value extracted by the random number extracting unit referring to the winning determining table, a random number value monitoring unit comparing the random number extracted by the random number extracting unit with the random number extracted before and detecting that the same or closer random number is extracted based on the comparing result, and a period changing unit changing the period of the random number generation of the random number generating unit based on the output of the random number value monitoring unit.
