A fomenting pack containing dried seeds is provided to prevent the fomenting pack from ripping or thickening and to be changed in shape to be suitable for a body part by being filled with the dried fruit seeds of a solid state, not a liquid state. A fomenting pack containing dried seeds includes: a cover having an inner space, and an opening and closing unit(114) for opening and closing the inner space; and dried fruit seeds(120) filled into the inner space of the cover. The dried seeds are selected from cherry seeds, peach seeds, apricot seeds, and Japanese apricot seeds.
