A radiation tolerant camera is provided to configure a control logic only with devices having high radiation tolerant characteristics and directly connect an image sensor having high radiation tolerant characteristics to a lens so as to directly photograph a radiation area, thereby achieving small volume and perfect sealing efficiency. A non-browning lens is directly oriented to a subject. A CMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) APS(Active Pixel Sensor) image sensor(430,440,450) is directly connected to the non-browning lens, and comprises at least four light collecting units which are configured in parallel, and a unit pixel configured to control the light collecting units by using at least three transistors. A sensor control logic unit(480) is composed based on a bipolar ROM(Read Only Memory) for storing control information of the image sensor and a bipolar transistor for selectively providing the control information of the bipolar ROM to the image sensor. An analog image generating unit is configured only with analog devices, and generates an analog image signal by inserting a sync signal into a signal provided by the image sensor.
