INJECTION APPARATUS FOR APPLYING CONTAINER MOLDING MIXING RESIN AND APPLYING METHOD THEREOF USING BY THE APPARATUS

An injection apparatus for applying mixture resin for container molding and an apply method using the same are provided to mix a curing agent with resin, supply the mixture, and discharge residues by using acetone. A vacuum mold(120) receives a mold in order to apply resin to the mold. The vacuum mold has the temperature in the range of 70 centigrade degrees to 90 centigrade degrees. A vacuum part(300) sucks an internal air in order to make an inner space into a vacuum state and maintains the vacuum state. A mixture resin insertion part(100) includes a curing agent supplying part(30) and a resin supplying part(50) to inject mixed resin into the vacuum part. An injection blocking part(110) is used to adjust an amount of the injected mixture resin. A pressing part(200) exerts a pressure into a lower portion from an upper portion such that an inner frame is not deformed. A heater part(500) raises a temperature up to the range of 70 centigrade degrees to 90 centigrade degrees. A discharge member discharges the residues of the mixture resin.
