PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of waste disposal of a fluid material and to reduce its waste disposal costs by efficiently recycling the used fluid material. SOLUTION: In this pressurized fluidized bed combustion, the fluid material BM of large particle size, in which coal and limestone is mixed to keep a fluid bed in a furnace 2 and to perform furnace desulfurization, is separated into particles sizes of 0.3 mm to 3.35 mm by a BM recycling device 12, the fluid material of particle size larger than 3.35 mm is crushed by a BM coarse crusher 14 to be used as the fluid material BM again, and the fluid material of particle size smaller than 0.3 mm is mixed with the limestone to be used as a fuel.
