PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water stop clip wherein foaming agent more uniformly foams all over the outer periphery outside of the head of the water stop clip. SOLUTION: First foaming parts 132, 133 are arranged where outer periphery wall faces 132A, 133A are laid on protruded portions 126, 127 in the direction of the thickness of the head 110. So, they foam to the outer periphery outside of the protruded portions 126, 127. Namely, the foaming agent more uniformly foamed all over the outer periphery outside of the head 110.
