PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-manufacture gasket to be mounted between sealed members in a fastened and compressed condition for producing good sealing performance without being influenced by inner pressure in a sealed space. SOLUTION: The gasket 5 is mounted between sealed faces 1e, 2b of the two sealed members 1, 2 for sealing between the sealed members. An inner peripheral portion 3aa of one of two types of annular gasket materials 3a, 3b different in spring constant is joined to an outer peripheral portion 3ba of the other to form an annular gasket base material 3. A bead portion 5a is formed along the peripheral direction of the gasket base material. The formation of the bead portion allows one of the two types of annular gasket materials different in spring constant to face one sealed face of the sealed member and the other to face the other sealed face, when the gasket 5 is mounted between the sealed faces of the two sealed members.
