PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake controller for an internal combustion engine provided with individual ECU in every cylinder group and capable of accurately performing intake flow control at idling. SOLUTION: In the intake controller for the internal combustion engine 1 having a plurality of cylinder groups LB, RB, intake passages 3L, 3R are provided in every cylinder group and throttle valves 5L, 5R and idling revolution number control valves 11L, 11R are arranged in the intake passage. Control means 30L, 30R for controlling driving of the idling revolution number control valve checking to rotation information of the internal combustion engine are arranged in every cylinder group.
