#CMT# #/CMT# The accumulator has a high-pressure container (11) provided with a fuel inlet (12). An outer latent heat storage unit (10) is fitted on the high-pressure container on an outer side. An inner latent heat storage unit (10) is fitted on an inner side of the container. The outer latent heat storage unit exhibits a phase charge material layer (16) that is embedded between a wall (111) of the container and a casing (17).
