Some of the sensors or elements are combined to one temperature sensor or a part of the sensor and are separated into two temperature sensors or two parts of the sensors. The elements are electrically connected in rows for combining the sensors, and are connected by bridges e.g. solder bridges, or by press-working with electrically conductive materials.
