PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of a shift lever by suppressing the vibration of the shift lever. SOLUTION: A tractor comprises a main speed change mechanism for transmitting power supplied from an engine, and a main shift lever 4 for gear-shifting the main speed change mechanism. The main shift lever 4 comprises a machine side lever member 9 provided at the machine side, a mounting-side lever member 10 removably mounted to the tip of the machine side lever member 9.
