PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force controller for a vehicle, capable of making driving force control of an ASC (a driving force control means) and driving force distribution control of an AYC (a right-and-left wheel driving force distribution means) in time of turning traveling proper to improve turning performance, in the vehicle having the ASC and the AYC. SOLUTION: When ASC control to an understeered state is performed in an ECU 36 for the ASC, a driving force movement amount limit value is imparted to an ECU 34 for the AYC, and control wherein a driving force movement amount is suppressed is performed in the ECU for the AYC.
