PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a substantial improvement in the performance of a pump along with the miniaturization of a circulation pump of a circulator. SOLUTION: The circulation pump 25 sucks water within a water tank through a circulation water path with the action of the pump and delivers it into a water tank from a discharge port to circulate. A pump motor 30 as the drive source of the circulation pump 25 is constituted of a DC brushless motor with a changeable rotational speed. The circulation pump 25 is a combination of a pump casing 26 with a volute 28 and a pump body part 27 having a pump impeller 31 and the pump motor 30. A suction port 28e provided in the volute 28 is so tapered as to be contracted almost conically toward an impeller chamber 39 from a filter case 22. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
