PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content exchange device which easily adds tag keywords to each content and ranks them while acquiring contents as a user intends by presenting themes from a user. SOLUTION: A content exchange system 103 is composed of a request receiving part 201 for receiving themes, a request delivery control part 202 for delivering the themes, a sentence analysis part 203 for extracting request keywords from the themes, a request information storage part 205, a tag keyword storage part 206, a content storage part 207, a content retrieval processing part 208 for retrieving contents suitable for the themes so as to transmit them, a content receiving part 209 for receiving the contents, and an association part 210 for ranking the tag keywords.
